Stephanie is a beach lovin’ yogi writer that encourages self~care and love. She has a passion for facilitating the mind-body connection and believes that attuning the mind and body with the breath brings you closer to yourself. She has always had a heart to serve. She was a behavior therapist for many years and loves to help others. Breath and movement have always been a part of Stephanie’s life and when she found the formal practice of yoga she knew this was what she wanted to share with the community.
Stephanie loves sunrises, sunsets and all of nature. Especially the ocean, this is where she finds herself. She infuses the idea of moving like water with music that entices you to move fluidly. She believes movement and self-care is the key to aging with grace. Her compassion and desire to help others is what fuels her to teach and keep on connecting. Stephanie is the mother of four children, ranging in age from 12 to 18, and “steph-mom” to two, age 18 and 21. When not on the mat or teaching, you will find her playing at the beach with her family.
Fun fact* When she was girl she believed she could talk to the ocean and would spend hours at the shore. There’s a picture of Stephanie around a year old standing naked by the sea so she use to tell people that’s where they found her.
