Paula attended her first yoga class over 20 years ago during her lunch hour, and immediately felt the physical and mental benefits. Her practice has been an oasis to a hectic and fast paced life balancing multiple responsibilities. With regular practice, she began to notice the transformational effects of yoga that garnered a new-found connection between her mind and body, beyond what she thought was imaginable. As her enthusiasm for yoga grew, she deepened her practice by completing a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Blue Lotus Yoga and is RYT 200 certified through Yoga Alliance.
Paula is passionate to share her yoga experience, and to help others feel the significant physical and mental benefits that yoga has provided her. She believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, body type, strength or flexibility, and through practice, yoga strengthens, it centers and makes you stretch your abilities. She helps students deepen their own practice with a focus on alignment to step off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Yoga inspires Paula to live each moment more mindfully. She will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her.
