Jenny took her first yoga class almost 20 years ago, but it wasn’t until she stumbled upon an instructor that gave the class permission to “do you” that kept her coming back for more. As a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Jenny has always been passionate about health, mind, body and soul. Yoga quickly became a form of “medicine” for her that brought the balance she had been seeking. She obtained her 200 RYT at Lift Yoga Studio under Kim Saunders. Now, as an instructor, she wants to help others experience what she has learned on the mat. She believes everyone should have permission to be themselves and wants her students to know that where they are, is exactly where they are supposed to be at any given moment in their practice. She also believes when one learns to connect the breath with movement that it can transform a practice.
Jenny has always been a very spiritual individual and true lover of nature and the outdoors. She finds immense joy in incorporating her spirituality in her own personal practice, and invites others to explore the peace that can be obtained through the connection with the Divine.
Jenny is a true “people lover” and enjoys getting to know others from all walks of life. She believes it is through learning about others, that her life is immensely enriched.
With a BA in Mass Communications and a minor in Psychology, Jenny previously worked at news affiliates throughout the midwest as a part-time news reporter/ producer, before becoming a stay-at-home mom to two boys (who are now almost 18 and 16).
She currently resides in Milton with her husband and their two children.
