RYT 200 Yoga Instructor
Stacy took her first yoga class in college, but it wasn’t until she stumbled upon a flow series with Steve Ross on the Oxygen channel that the combination of movement, meditation, energy and joy in the practice first struck her, and she was hooked. In the 20 plus years since, she’s learned how important yoga is to her overall wellness. Stacy recently completed her RYT-200 certification with the Asheville yoga center, and is ready to keep learning. Her favorite jams are currently mindful slow flow, yin and restorative. She’s fascinated by the integration of the physical, energetic and spiritual, and also loves to bring levity and a little bit of humor into her teaching.
Stacy’s Clark Kent is a job in corporate procurement, specializing in the marketing category. Her Superwoman is her role as a functional medicine certified health coach, supporting people to achieve optimal wellness and feel their zeal through an integrated mind/body/spirit approach. Yoga is an important factor her coaching practice.
A proud Pittsburgh native, Stacy lived in New Jersey and South Florida prior to coming to Atlanta. Her passions include travel, long hikes with her Beagle, and cooking. Her biggest passions, though, are her husband and son, and together they are digging in to all Atlanta has to offer. And although she now attends mostly live yoga classes, she’ll still try and find a recording of that program to flow to from time to time.
