Jessi Rae is a yoga enthusiast. She lives and breathes yoga. She first began diving into the practice when as a child dealing with spinal problems leading to pain. She began practicing yoga to help alleviate some issues with scoliosis. After feeling the effects that the practice had on her body she decided that, that was what she wanted to do with her life. To help other people that are experiencing pain and disfunction in their body.
She has since been an internationally known yoga instructor specializing in Aerial Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Board yoga and Thai Bodywork. Sharing yoga and wellness is her purpose and her passion. After recently moving to Georgia from Chicago, she is so excited to become a part of the Firefly Yoga community and share her passion and talents with you all.
