Jameela Belyeu was born and raised abroad, coming to the US for the first time at age 16 to finish high school, going on to finish a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
She has been practicing yoga for 15 years, but found a deeper love and passion for the practice in 2014 after a major life event. During this challenging time, she dedicated herself to the practice as way to navigate through life’s obstacles, and the practice provided peace and balance. Jameela noticed a profound growth in physical and mental strength that she had not ever been able to achieve in other forms of fitness activities. Through this growth, she embraced yoga as a health and wellness lifestyle on and off the mat. She also wanted to share her love for the practice and to help others, so she completed her 200hr and 500hr yoga teacher training at Red Hot Yoga in Atlanta, GA under the direction of Bethany Vaughn. |
Jameela has a true passion for teaching and hopes that by sharing her journey and experiences she can help you to tap into your supernatural physical and mental strength.
