FIREFLY YOGA MISSION STATEMENT

Firefly Yoga + Movement Center is a non-competitive movement space with a soulful vibe serving Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, and Peachtree Corners, Georgia. We opened at the beginning of 2019. FYMC is a community that celebrates people of all ages and abilities, and maintains a friendly environment for everyone to progress at their own pace. We are here to support, empower and inspire every person by creating a safe, welcoming space dedicated to exploring yoga, movement and meditation. To lead our community into a calmer and more connected state we offer classes that not only soothe and restore your body, but also strengthen you into the best version of you. At FYMC we value authenticity, creativity, and self love!

Our vision is that everyone who visits Firefly Yoga + Movement Center leaves feeling empowered to achieve anything they desire. Our hope is that by breathing consciously, staying playful, and continuing to show up for ourselves we can all handle life’s challenges with more ease and grace. Through an emphasis on building community, FYMC is a place where people are getting stronger, making progress towards their goals, and experiencing transformation, while having fun!

Whether you’re connecting to the rhythm of your breath or working up to the edge of your
comfort zone in class, there is always something new to discover about yourself. Begin a
regular practice with us at Firefly Yoga, tap into the intelligence of your heart and body, and
allow the transformation to begin. We offer yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and trainings for beginner, intermediate and advanced level students. ​
